A Ph.D. candidate in Management faculty at Ibn Haldun University and an MBA graduate from Bahçeşehir University, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing nonprofit organizations. He has 15 Years’ Experience in the field of Management, and Organizational Development.
He co-founded several civil society organizations working for support people in the fields of Education, Capacity Building, and Protection.
He is a professional trainer in the fields of Project Management, Strategic Management, and Organizational Development.
He is certified in PMP (project management professional) and PMD (project management for development).
His master thesis was about the leadership styles and its effects on work engagement in nonprofit organizations.
He is also graduated from the program of “Designing strategies and projects for humanitarian action” from The Graduate Institute GENEVA.
